O.K. How does one obtain one of those little 9 guys? Many years ago I obtained a SQL Server Girl from attending several online events. Sadly I cannot find an image at the moment, but the design is simular to the 9 guy.

Good question, Shahedk! I will look into this... but I had received a memo that had this line in it...
- "This is not just for fun, its serious business; students can not only deploy WP7 apps on Marketplace for free, but earn some extra cash off of it."
... perhaps some marketing person went overboard... stay tuned.

The tools for WP7 are free for all anyway so they wouldn't be covered by the Dreamspark licence I'd have though.

Ha! Channel 9 Ping beats Apple Ping any day in my book. And why do they have it built into the iTunes application instead of a browser? Most people I know love iPods but hate the iTunes app. Besides, Zune has had something like this for a few years. I guess Apple wants to try to control your social network too

Hey, Laura! Did you hear about the new social network that Apple announced? Not a very original name, huh?

BTW, I love your show--the original Ping. I watch it on my Zune HD every week. Keep up the good work!
