IS on{x} only for android can't i get onto my windows phone
Yes, on{x} is only available for Android at the moment. We covered that a bit during the segment. From my understanding, the Android platform allows much more lower-level hooks for developers than Windows Phone at this point. I hope that if this experiment is successful, the folks on Windows Phone would consider baking this into the platform or at least enabling some pieces of it if they can get the security model right.
What happened to the Channel 9 App on Windows 8? It's no longer in the Windows store in the Release Preview.
Laura can't you just get the NFL GamePass and stream all the Jets games live in HD?
I'm wrong, huh?
No, I didn't "read it wrong", as I listened to the recorded speech pronouncing it both ways. Sorry, Laura, you're not right this time.
Nice to see myself in the show though
I can't wait to use SuperSadTrombone.com.
That's the spirit. Just wait until you see this new feature I'm working on. It'll take pointing out somebody's failure to a whole new level!
For those who would like a little more on the vision and background of on{x}, see Blaise's recent talk from Creative Mornings, entitled the metaphor two-step.

He talks about interaction design (progress bars, Streetside, and on{x}) and then talks about augmented reality and metaphors - asking why we call our current mobile computers "phones".

Nope! I meant Xbox SmartGlass. I was very tired during this taping. I was up all night working on pronouncing "experiment" correctly.
Sounds cool. Thanks for sharing.
