His job is to help customers strategically leverage MS technology, and help them bring their architecture to a super level. In a past life Brian was a part of super startups, super marketing firms, and super consulting firms. Much of his super architecture background includes building super scalable applications, application integration, and award-winning Web applications. All of them were super. Further, he is a co-founder of the non-profit organization CodeMash. He speaks at various regional and national technology events including Tech·Ed. He only wishes his job didn't require him to say "super" so much. Brian is the co-author of Azure in Action, published by Manning Press. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Physics from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio. He is also a zealous gamer. For example, he is a huge fan of Fallout 3. About Joe Joe Healy (www.devfish.net) is the Developer Evangelist for Florida. Joe's geographical responsibility is to provide "developer care" for the Gulf States District for the East Region Developer team. As such, he has responsibilities to bring .NET development to the masses in his area. He serves a multitude of clients, from corporate accounts to broad reach events and User Groups. He lectures on various development and architectural topics focused around the .NET Frameworks, Visual Studio.NET, and associated servers. Joe worked previously for Microsoft Consulting Services in the custom Application Development arena, focusing on Internet, Web Services, Rich Client, B2B, and browser delivered systems. He has also served time with eAngler.com, Cap Gemini, EDS, and IBM in various capacities, but considers being a Microsoft Developer Evangelist the greatest and most challenging job he's ever had. On a personal level, Joe resides in Tampa Bay, Florida, and enjoys spending time trying to coax Redfish, Snook, and Trout from various nooks and crannies in Tampa Bay. He is married to wife Anne, with two little girls, Ryan and Morgan, who will also grow up to be great "fisher-ladies" one day.
