Jim Mosher, Senior Program Manager in the Microsoft Enterprise Search Group, sits down with us to discuss Interaction Management.

Interaction Management enables users to interact with and consume information more quickly and more effectively through search and search-related technologies. This conversation provides an overview of our vision for Interaction Management and points out where Interaction Management concepts are being used today.
