I just got to know about channel9 today. Actually I had an interview with Microsoft, Banglore (telecon interview) for support division (yes, your team) and for this, was referring to jobsblog on MSDN to get idea about the microsoft recruiting process and other guidence.
And from that I came to know about Channel9 and from that reached to India sub-section. And saw all GTSC realted videos before giving an interview. It was so exciting to see the place and people working at banglore.
It was also nice to hear your story of developing team to a so large size from 'one man army'. Hope to meet you soon.

Dear Mandar,
Hi
Actually I have an interview with Microsoft, Banglore (telecon interview) for GTSC GPS cluster ISV team and for this, was referring to Microsoft career site ,recruiting process etc.
I came to know about Channel9 yesterday while searching more about tips. And saw all GTSC related videos. I was thrilled to hear and see the place, people working at GTSC.Especially your talk I liked most.I am inspired and therefore writing to you.
It was great to hear about your developments when you reached Bangalore and of course how you built up the team to a gargantuan size from 'one man army'.
I have cleared technical rounds and have managerial rounds to go. Since I have passion for technology, penchant for interacting with customers, willingness to learn and resolve issues,
I don’t want to miss this golden opportunity. This is not only my dream job but obsession too.
Please guide me more on how to give best to this opportunity. I am software engineer with more than 2 years of experience and have done MCA as my post graduation.
Hope to meet you soon.
Warm regards,
Abishek Randhar
