Replica sets are the secret to MongoDB's ability to scale out for high availability and great read performance. In this video, 10gen software engineer Sridhar Nanjundeswaran shows how easy it is to create a replica set on Windows, and he then covers some of the common failover scenarios and demonstrates how a properly configured replica set handles them.
