Right now you can use a Jazzmutant Lemur or Dexter to do it but that involves using a whole separate device.

I can see someone building themselves a Lemur-like device out of a Win7 tablet and Bome's Midi Translator/Midi Yoke.

 

Open Labs seems to be planning to use Win7 in their audio production machines soon.
