The unfortunately side effect of knowing what you're doing in Office is that you probably have a lot of people ask you how to do things themselves. It doesn't scale to show mom how to so something only to have to turn around and show a co-worker the same thing.

Its a great tool and I'd like to these clips integrated in product support pages. However, I believe they disabled uploading video to the community because it relied on SoapBox. I sincerely hope Microsoft offers an alternative to SoapBox even if its not tied to MSN.
