Yeah, 2010 outlook emails have the ribbon now.

The ribbon can be minimized (as mentioned in the post) so it might just be hidden.
LOL! No, that's Office 2010 customized the way I like to see it. I've got it set so if you mouse over the labels the ribbon drops down (as mentioned in the second graf).
No, that's definitely not Office 2010. It has the Office button instead of "File" to get to Backstage.
