Channel 9 - Spb Mobile Shell: Rolling your own UI

One of the things I really like about my Windows Mobile phone (a HTC 8525 on Cingular) is that I can change my entire UI whenever I want. I've used different skins, backgrounds, UI enhancements, heck - I even had it looking like an i-something-or-other for a while. It's this freedom to make the phone your own that sets WM devices apart from competitors. That said, I've just found my next UI; the Spb Mobile Shell. This interface app focuses on clean looks, personalization, and a complete one-handed experience. Some of the features include the Spb Menu with Vista style icons for programs and actions, easier selection of camera modes, and a photo speed dial tab for selecing who to call by photo.
