Microsoft recently released a tech preview of Task Market, a site for freelancers to connect with people and businesses who need short term skilled tech labor. They have tried to make it as easy for businesses to post jobs as it is for freelancers to find them. The ability to get paid through PayPal makes payment hassle-free for everyone.
