I'm not able to find the starter / sample / source code described in the vid. Where's it at?
It's not available yet. You can play around with programming the accelerometer now, as outlined here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff431793(v=VS.92).aspx">http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff431793(v=VS.92).aspx

I hope the sample comes out with Final release on September 16th. No point in releasing it too late. Also I sincerely hope atleast 1 hardware manufacure launches with a Gyroscope instead of Accelerometer. In my existing Iphone 3GS, Accelerometer really gives wrong orientation calls specially if I use it with while lying on the bed. I hope WP7 doesn't have similar limitation.
Greg Hogdal and Dave Edson have posted a more detailed post on using the Accelerometer API's here : http://windowsteamblog.com/windows_phone/b/windowsphone/ . The code will be up on Codeplex later.
Hello! We have developed an Augmented Reality Accelerometer Kit for WP7 developers and it is available for download! Visit the site and send us your comments!www.tainicom.netyou can also visit Nikos Kastellanos' blog athttp://blog.nkast.gr/post/2010/09/19/AccelKit-an-Augmented-Reality-Accelerometer-Kit-for-Windows-Phone-7-Emulator.aspxOf course it is a free download!
-Edit Nevermind. I found that if you want to find this code, it helps if you listen and know what to search for: LevelStarterKit...
Lesson learned, do not post a comment on a Monday before coffee.
