Windows Gurus sound pretty cool. I think since they're probably a bit more passionate about Windows or PC's than your typical store employee, they'll actually be pretty helpful. I do have some questions though:
1. Are they actually Microsoft employees? Do they get paid by Microsoft? How can you apply to be a Guru? (Can't find a site anywhere)
2. Do they do tech support? If you have an issue, could you ask them, and they'll help you for free?
3. Is it just Best Buy? How can I find out which stores they are at?
4. Why doesn't Microsoft create it's own retail store? It'd be awesome to see a flagship store in major cities with the most coolest Windows-running PC's displayed, an Xbox area, a Zune area, WinMo phones, some Surface tables, tech support, neat stuff like that. That'd bring Microsoft much closer to home than anything.

Thanks Laura! I'm interested in becoming a Guru, and can't wait to scope one out.
