	<description>
Welcome to the new Channel 9 Learning Center, a new destination on Channel 9 that’s designed to provide free developer training on emerging Microsoft products and technologies. Here, you will find a collection of continually updated courses, each including
 a set of videos, hands-on labs, and source code samples help to bring you up-to-speed quickly.

First up in the Learning Center are courses for
Visual Studio 2010 and .NET Framework 4 and
Windows 7. Each course is composed of units, each of which contain a collection of lessons that contain a collection videos and hands-on labs. The content is arranged in manageable chunks so you can pick and choose topics that interest you the most. You
 will recognize some familiar faces in the videos… regular Channel 9 contributors and some new people as well. Learning Center courses will be refreshed throughout the pre-release cycle to bring you the latest and most relevant information possible. In addition,
 on the landing page for each course you will find a link that allows you to download an entire Training Kit as a self-extracting package. Once downloaded, the Training Kit will un-compress to the selected folder on your PC so you can work and learn offline.

&amp;nbsp;
In the coming weeks, and in concert with the upcoming
Professional Developers Conference in Los Angeles, we will add Learning Center courses for
Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Azure, Office 2010, and SharePoint 2010. We are also working on courses for
High Performance Computing (HPC), SQL Server 2008 R2, Identity, and
Unified Communications. Watch for dates announcing these soon. What you find here today is only a first step. In keeping with the traditions of the Channel 9 community, your feedback will have a big influence on refinements we make to the Learning Center.
 Let us know what you think.
