I understood the value of VoIP.  No long-distance phone charges.  No need for seperate voice and data lines.  What's the value of SoIP?!  Unless of course, someone is going to call me and upload Windows source code as we talk and see eachother via our web cam.  Tongue Out

I remember using such systems over 5yrs ago where they would use CallerID information to search for the customer. I suppose the challenge will be to ensure appropriate information is sent on transmission via whichever MS ;P client is used to ensure client information can be picked up & passed through to the approproate API on the other end.
