I would really like if microsoft would intergrate rss and have an offical plugin for outlook.

Have you used Newsgator? It's not a Microsoft application, but it will probably suit your needs for RSS-Outlook integration.

People that I know who use it seem to really like it and it appears to be a great example of a really cool Outlook plugin (and a powerful RSS aggregator app).
