It's always a good thing to see how technology can help people suffering diseas. I like on10, because it covers so many aspects of technology.
Thank you guys (and girls of course)

That was a good episode. I even noticed the camera work and editing - looked professional and interesting.
What were you doing in South Carolina, though? Is on10 going to be sending you around the nation, now? Is that the closest lung-testing machine to Seattle?

Nice work Tina! Thanks for sharing the great information as I learned something new today. It is amazing what the latest technology can do with regards to our health and wellbeing. Oh, and I'm glad to hear you lungs are working as they should and love the nose pincher by the way, a real fashion statement.

Great segment, Tina. It's nice to know you were back on this side of the country a while ago. I think it's fantastic you and Laura get to travel and cover all this technology because you were always great journalist and hosts. I give you credit for dealing with all that flying.

I've always found medical testing a bit unnearving, but I must admit, I enjoyed watching you get tested. LOL. Very amusing performance.
Anyway, great segment again...and cute outfit.

I hate to think what all the smog in LA did to your lungs, girl. I'm very happy to know you and Laura are now safe in Washington. Though, I'm wondering how much safer you ladies really are considering all the travel you've been doing.

did you get to keep the nose clip.... It's quite a fashion statement. lol
Too bad they didn't use helium instead of nitrogen... THAT would have been hilarious!

[stupid comments about blowing and sucking removed]. This was another great segment. Working in the healthcare industry myself, these medical advances are a fascinating subject to me. What I'd like to see in future segments are the benefits this new technology offers over the traditional way in which things were done. Even if it's just a comparison in time and effort, or the ability of smaller clinics to offer services that patients could previously only get at larger hospitals.

Wow! That was cool. technology sure has come a long way. It sure beat the ping pong ball test. lol Well, thats what i call it. You had to breath into a tube and see how high you got the ping pong ball up. That all i remember of that test becuase i was little at the time. Great show!

Wow...over the last week, the "Laura" episodes have been averaging 38 replies each. This "Tina" episode has only scored 15 so far. Where's the love? She went all the way to North Carolina! And blew in a tube!

i agree... you can tell who has the larger lung capacity by listening at the beginning of any segment. Tina usually talks Laura under the table before even taking one breath. Beats her on avg by about 53 words. Tina's Words Per Minute (WPM) is much higher....
[Sidenote] I hope you don't believe I went back and counted words per minute... [/Sidenote]

For me, this was a special episode, because I have a rare-form of lung disease that still has not been properly diagnosed, for the past twenty-three years of my life.
Until my late teens, I went to The Children’s Hospital of Seattle and had to do the EXACT pulmonary-function test, Tina demonstrated in today's video.
And to this day, I still have to go through that test at the UW Medical Center, each time I visit.
Believe it or not, my test results have always been less than normal (I'm jealous of the 79%).
Thank you, Tina and 10 very, very much for making this segment. If my medical-content suggestion had anything to do with this segment being possible, that's awesome.
This is my favorite video, by far.

Tina,
Trust me when I say that I'm jealous of the 79%. Please read my above comment for more info.
And thank you very much for hosting that segment and letting people know about some of the advances in pulmonary technology.
It's my favorite episode, so far. =)
