フルフレームビデオの安定化(full-frame video stablization)とは、ビデオカメラで撮影した動画における手振れをソフトウェア的に除去するものです。

ごめんなさい。質問ばかりで(;^^
製品化については、情報がないので回答できません。
MSRAは、中国の北京にあります。

３つのビデオが出ている部分ですが、
・左： 撮影対象の元の画像
・真ん中： ビデオ撮影時に手振れを起こしている画像（補正していない記録済み動画）
・右： 真ん中の動画に対して手振れ補正を実施して、補正された画像
となっています。
なので、研究では真ん中の動画から計算を行い、右側の動画を導き出しています。
