How do I download the videos?

  • To download, right click the file type you would like and pick “Save target as…” or “Save link as…”

Why should I download videos from Channel9?

  • It's an easy way to save the videos you like locally.
  • You can save the videos in order to watch them offline.
  • If all you want is to hear the audio, you can download the MP3!

Which version should I choose?

  • If you want to view the video on your PC, Xbox or Media Center, download the High Quality WMV file (this is the highest quality version we have available).
  • If you'd like a lower bitrate version, to reduce the download time or cost, then choose the Medium Quality WMV file.
  • If you have a Zune, WP7, iPhone, iPad, or iPod device, choose the low or medium MP4 file.
  • If you just want to hear the audio of the video, choose the MP3 file.

Right click “Save as…”

2007年2月21日に東京で開催しました Windows Rally テクノロジ セミナーの7セッションのうちの1つをお届けします。このセッションでは Jim Barber が Windows Rally テクノロジの重要性をネットワーク機器の Life Cycle の観点から説明し、今後 Windows Rally が適用されるネットワーク機器についてふれます。また最後にGlenn Wardと共に Windows Rally テクノロジに対応した機器を用いて、ワイヤレスルータの設定からストレージの接続、ワイヤレスカメラによる写真転送、HDビデオのストリーミングまでの一連のデモを御覧頂きます。（英語）

This video provides one of 7 sessions in Windows Rally Technologies Seminar at Tokyo at Feb. 21th, 2007. In this session, Jim Barber emphasized the importance of Windows Rally Technologies in terms of device life cycle and mentioned the future direction of Windows Rally devices. Finally he demonstrated total user scenarios with Windows Rally devices with Glenn Ward, such as configuring the wireless router first, connecting the network storage, transferring pictures from the wireless camera and streaming HD video.  (English)
