In addition to the
slew of updates now available on the Bing Maps beta service, the Bing Team also just launched an updated application for Windows Mobile devices. Designed specifically for Windows phones, this version of Bing’s mobile app provides maps, driving directions, traffic information, voice search capabilities, local search, instant answers, and more. You can also save frequent searches as favorites for even faster searching the next time you need to look up the same thing. You can try the updated version now by visiting
http://discoverbing.com/mobile/ or by going to
m.bing.com on your Windows Mobile device. There is a specialized Bing application available for
Blackberry and
Sidekick users too, but everyone else has to use the mobile website.
