To do so, all you need to do is type in a URL in the "Open" box - just don't forget the http://. Sometimes some web pages which we had saved and is offline and contains formatting , tables etc is also opened in word by just copying the content and pasting into word. In word the table etc is shown as it without disturbing the format.
