Pitch Your Dream Windows Phone 7 App to Microsoft

Microsoft is sponsoring a new Windows Phone contest called “I Need this App!” which lets anyone pitch their Windows Phone 7 app idea for a chance to win $5000 and a free Windows Phone 7. Even better, the winning application will actually be built and then made available as a free download on the Windows Phone Marketplace for everyone to try.
Entries can include text, photos and/or video, and being creative is definitely a bonus. Already, hundreds of entries have been submitted (you can check them out here), so better make yours stand out. The deadline to enter is July 8th.
Four runners up will also be selected and they’ll receive a 16 GB Zune HD.
