Webby Awards Go Silverlight

The Webby Awards are sort of like the Oscars for the Internet. They are the largest, most prestigious international awards for the web featuring categories like Websites, Mobile, Film and Video, and Interactive Advertising. Part of the awards program features a vote called the “People’s Voice Awards,” which equates to the Webby’s version of “People’s Choice.” The new People’s Voice site has now gone live over at pv.webbyawards.com. There, on this Silverlight-powered website, you’ll find around 150 videos being streamed. Once registered, you can vote on your favorites from five nominees in each category.
