Brian Johnson, who has been in at least one on10.net video (and ran the camera for some of the PAX videos!), has become the latest xbox.com 'persona' and has just published a good article explaining the basics of the ESRB rating system and giving some advice on how to pick the best games for your own children (or for you, for that matter).
