One funny note here about the interview -- I was having a hard time pronouncing Avner&#39;s last name so when I introduced him I was so focused on getting his name pronounced correctly (which I did) that I messed up and said &amp;quot;feature related to SQL to XML&amp;quot; instead
 of &amp;quot;feature related to LINQ to XML&amp;quot; Doh!
