With the launch of Dynamics CRM 2011 getting closer I sat down with the team from Dynamic Communities of Andy Hafer and Mark Rhodes to talk about how their yearly CRM user conference was going. Each year this conference pulls in users of Dynamics CRM to learn and talk about their experiences working with Dynamics CRM. This conference is unique as the attendees are primarily customers and users of Dynamics CRM rather than partners.
