Fast forward to now and Assistance PSA from Assistance Software.
The great feature of Assistance PSA is that it can keep you working inside ofone system when an opportunity closes and turns into a real project complete with hourly billing, time tracking and more. In addition the system will also talk to an ERP system so all financials are tracked correctly.
