This screencast demonstrates how developers and designers can work together on a project using Expression Interactive Designer and Visual Studio in conjuntion. It also shows how to create a custom .dll in Visual Studio to be used in Expression Interactive Designer. You can also download the corresponding code sample.

Everything works fine if I stay in EID. But the design-time interface in VS2005 is not working. Is this because the Orcas extensions are too rough?
For example if I add the control in VS2005 by editing the XAML code, the project compiles and runs but I can't see any of the user built controls in the VS toolbox, Intellisense doesn't work, and the build generates lots of errors about missing assemblies even though I have added the control dll as a reference.
So VS2005 compiles and runs but the design environment is not very good. Am I doing something wrong?
