ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest

The finals of the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest was last week, and the results are in.

Russia and Poland did very well. China and Canada were very respectable. The U.S. had MIT at #8, and then it's a looooong way down to the next U.S. school. India seems under-represented altogether.

Is there a moral to this story?
