Teachers I know call this law "No Child Left Untested" and are not convinced that it has done anything but add to stress, add to paperwork and add to the energy lost that could better be spent on teaching. The amazing thing is that this law had so much bi-partisan support and I haven't heard many on either side of the isle talk much about changes.
