If you care about F#, just see the Sample project that comes with VS 2010 and don't waste your time on useless crap like this.

Why so harsh? Channel 9 has content for all levels of developers and this is clearly aimed at someone building their first F# application. If you have content recommendations for other F# topics you want us to cover, let us know.
