Is your organisation intelligent? What makes an organisation smart? What makes them dumb? We all know that what intelligent people are like and it's not necessarily linked to IQ! It's more about their ability to deal with complexity and being able to learn
from their mistakes - if they don't we might call them stupid! The same can apply to organisations.

Just because there are a number of people who have not embraced a meaning of 2.0 real business needs are augmented by new technologies, rather than using technologies to search for a problem, doesn't mean that there aren't many who have been singing this song on street corners all around the industry.
Perhaps there are too many street corners and not enough madrigals.
