Can silverlight app connect to the designated server without policy server?
Hi,
For TCP socket connections - not in Silverlight 3 or in Silverlight 4 Beta as far as I'm aware.
Whether that'll change when Silverlight 4 goes from Beta to RTM, I don't know at the time of writing.
