I digged deep, but cannot find how to change it. I found "c:\Program Files\Developer Express Inc\DXCore for Visual Studio .NET\2.0\Bin\Settings\IDE\Shortcuts_Navigation.ini" in which command5 is QuickFileNav, but changing keyCode is not enough I would have to know what keystate is.
