We also provide a closer look at programming the Windows 7 taskbar using the taskbar Application ID to control the way windows are grouped and presented as taskbar buttons. This screencast focuses on the native API.

I have a big problem when using my taskbar on windows 7 while surfing on chat roulette. My taskbar keeps flashing and i keep getting strange lines on my screen. Is it possible that this is caused by flash?
