Jaime Rodriguez has posted a large list detailing which features are available in WPF 4 Beta 1 and what's expected for Beta 2. Dependant on Beta 2 you will notice the expected Text Enhancements which will make the VS2010 all the more enjoyable to use.

Nikhil Kothari has posted a a sample application that demonstrates a ViewModel with MVC/Navigation in Silverlight.  As an added bonus the sample uses the New York Times Newswire API, and is running on teh Silverlight.FX framework.

eBay has released a beta of their Sidebar for IE8 which allows you to track items as well as see which auctions you've won with a drag and drop interface.  You can see the Sidebar in action in this video.

Ward Bell demonstrates how to disable image-based buttons in LOB apps with a Grayscale Pixel Shader in WPF.  Not only does this save you from twice the image assets to maintain, but its also very simple to do.  And you feel cool, because you're using Pixel Shaders.
