Great to see you covering metro apps John. I'm looking at enabling all my wp7 apps to work on Win8 starting with the beta of: "Shooting Range".

Are you going to do a XAML TV Show?

I'm really glad to see that XAML is only getting better in Win8, but am a bit unclear of whether MVVM will carry over as well...as none of the sessions I've watched thus far have utilized it.
Hi Ross ... there is no reason MVVM (or any pattern) shouldn't be used here. I've got some material I am putting together on this already.
I's sad to know you and Microsoft parted. It's sad to know Microsoft has parted .NET folks.
These are exciting sad sad times.
Which parts of styling are new to Windows 8 or VS 2011? I've heard of many of the concepts presented previously but are any new?
