Slides (view online)This session will introduce the next release of Windows Server, code-named Windows Server “8”. We will talk about the engineering investments we have done in this release along with their benefits. We will also point out opportunities for developers and hardware partners to expand on the new capabilities in the product. This session will include lots of demos illustrating how Windows Server 8 lets our customers and partners move beyond virtualization and embrace a truly cloud optimized OS.

How long after the 12:30PM PST end time should we expect to be able to view the session online?
It will be 24-48 hours afterward.
Nooo - too long to wait to find out more! =D
Thanks guys, looking forward to it.
It would be helpful if you could share the PPTs
Please watch the BUILD portal (http://www.buildwindows.com/) for pointers to the PowerPoint presentation decks for this and other sessions.
Will anyone who wasn't able to attend the build conference be able to get access to server 8?
It was posted on MSDN this week, so I imagine it'll be other places soon if it isn't already, since MS has no reason to limit access.
Very good session! I'm looking forward to all of the features announced. Good demos.
Excellent Session! Filled with great content.
Fantastic... Looking forward for the Beta to test on my lab..
Any chance of Server 8 being available to Technet?
