Why not implement Ruby interpreter in IE 10, so Ruby can be used instead of JavaScript?

Hi John,
First thank you for presentation. it was very informative. I have an inquiry if you don't mind. is it possible to have the template (html skeleton page) for the HTML5 version of the slides that you posted. and can we view these slides on IE9 or we need an IE10 preview.
