Learn how to use Expression Blend to visually construct, style and layout Metro style apps using HTML for Windows 8. In this session, we will demonstrate how Expression Blend makes it possible to create a better user experience with greater productivity. We’ll start with semantic markup and JavaScript-generated content, and then we will demonstrate how to use Expression Blend to customize the user experience for Windows 8.

 Ian,
we have no plans to make Blend available running on ARM devices.

Lance,
Blend for HTML does not contain for example debugging and deployment features, so that you will want to use VS for these tasks.
Blend for HTML is built for designing Metro-style apps. We do have a version of Blend for Windows Phone 7 development too (the WP7 APIs are based on SIlverlight), which is available for free in the Windows Phone Developer Tools package.

Regards,
CS
posted by Christian Schormann
