Ken Azuma
Second Factory are a strong Microsoft partner in Japan for WPF. They have written many showcase applications in WPF for the Japanese market, and recently published a book on using Blend to build WPF applications, as well as how an organization can structure itself to make the most of the design/developer interaction using our tools. Ken Azuma is their chief experience architect and author of this book.
