Sean Christensen is a Senior Technical Product Manager with Microsoft, focused on sharing with customers the benefits and value of System Center Service Manager's unique positioning in the market place after having worked for and competed against many other Service Management solution providers in the industry. A 15 year veteran of IT Service Management industry across the US and Asia Pacific region, Sean holds his ITIL v3 Expert qualification since 2006 when the qualification was first introduced.
