In college Byron won a national mathematics contest and published his first technical paper. Since then, Byron’s work has been awarded three Communication Arts Awards and an International Distinguished Award by the Society for Technical Communications. He brought his passion for technology and communications to Microsoft in 2004, working on the Windows team. In 2011, he joined the System Center team to document .NET Application Performance Monitoring and Global Service Monitor. Byron has been a Microsoft Engineering Excellence speaker and brings a strong end-to-end scenario focus to his work with the DevOps documentation.
