Jason Hendrickson is a lead program manager on the Windows Performance team. Through his 5 years on the Windows Performance team, he has worked on all aspects of software/hardware interaction (spanning storage, CPU, GPU, caches, memory buses, networking), and was a key contributor to the performance and power optimizations for Windows on SoC platforms (ARM and x86). He has worked with many feature teams across Windows to deliver significant optimizations to feature performance, and is currently broadly focused on all aspects of Windows performance and power - delivering great app performance, great energy efficiency, and ensuring that new Windows 8.1 functionality performs great.
