Martin Granell

Martin is a Quantative Analyst and Software Architect at a boutique investment management firm. His responsibilities include the architecture of their research and operational platforms, as well as researching new investment strategies. From 2003 to 2006 Martin was one of the Principal Consultants at Readify. While at Readify: he was one of the software architects on the CommSee project for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and was recognized as a Microsoft Architecture MVP; he managed an in-sourced development team for an online travel services company and he was the primary author of Microsoft’s Industrial Strength .NET course, teaching enterprise software development best practices. From 1997 to 2003 Martin was a solutions architect at a multi-national media publishing software company, where he designed integrated Customer Relationship Management software, media publishing and financial software. Martin moved from the UK to Australia in 1997, with a Masters of Engineering from Cambridge University.
