Thomas Fennel

Thomas Fennel is a Program Manager on the Windows Phone Developer Platform team and is responsible for the push, tile and notification developer features in Windows Phone 8. He is passionate about developer outreach and opportunity and has worked on a variety of features in Windows Phone from both the developer and consumer perspective.
