NoSQL is not scary once you understand which problems it tries to solve and how it goes about that. More interesting you can apply a lot of the same design patterns to SQL Server. He speak, but what is the use for web developer that want to implement NoSQL using SQL Server?
There is many subjects that I think author was not aware of...

I've been to this session and I learned a lot from it but I missed a practical demo. If this presentation had a demo of how to implement a NoSql system it would be more useful.
