In Windows Server 2012, the new Cluster-Aware Updating (CAU) feature delivers Continuous Availability through automated self-updating of failover clusters. In Windows Server 2012, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) has evolved to become a Server Role with exciting new capabilities. This session introduces CAU with a discussion of its GUI, cmdlets, remote-updating and self-updating capabilities. And then we proceed to highlight the main functionalities of WSUS in Windows Server 2012 including the security enhancements, patch deployment automation, and new Windows PowerShell cmdlets to perform maintenance, manage and deploy updates.
