This is part 1 of a two-part session which drills into both upgrade and greenfield installation and configuration of SCCM 2007. Over these two breakout sessions you will learn how to prepare for deployment of SCCM 2007 in a new or upgrade environment, considering sizing, performance, security and network issues. The session will drill into SCCM 2007 server roles, security modes and the configuration steps required for management of Internet Based Clients. By the end of these two sessions you will understand how to design SCCM 2007 deployments and the various steps needed to complete an upgrade or new installation.
