In this session we cover the updates we are making in Configuration Manager to support the new platforms Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista SP1 as well as introduce some new features such as Intel AMT integration, and Asset Intelligence 1.5. Center Configuration Manager will release an R2 this summer. With the R2 release, you will see the introduction of SoftGrid integration entitled Application Virtualization Management, as well as some other new enhancements being made to the product around Forefront integration, Client Status, Server Provisioning and SQL Reporting.
